Scriptural Basis for Establishment:

Acts 16:4 And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem. Acts 16:5 And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.

Vision Statement

It is the mission of “FBCM Youth” to assist Student pastors in the strengthening and development of their Student Ministries. FBCM Youth will also assist in the development of ministries that are not necessarily local Youth Ministries in the traditional context, but which do serve for the advancement of kingdom purpose.

The 3 Standards of Existence

Economic Empowerment

FBCM Youth will employ the resources available through it’s partnerships to assist it’s covenant partners with;

1. Biblically based financial advice and workshops as needed.

2. Seminars on the corporate development of ministries.

3. The establishment of tools and accounting programs for the management of kingdom resources.

Leadership Training and Mentoring

FBCM Youth  is committed to the development of the leadership of our partners, and we will provide through this partnership [as requested]

1. Workshops for the establishment of kingdom purpose.

2. Seminars to develop ministry leaders.

3. Personal & private training and biblically-based counseling.

Accountability and Covering

Understanding that accountabilities are in place to help discerning people remain honest and equitable, and to exercise sound judgment in the affairs of life and ministry, FBCM youth will serve as a covering, and accountability partner for all covenant ministries.

1. FBCM Youth will require that all associated partners exemplify in character and conduct, behavior that is in line with bible principle.

2. FBCM Youth will confront any moral issues that arise in partner ministry leadership, using the biblical mode of judgment of such matters.

3. Letters of release, acknowledgments of partnership, and other endorsements of partners will be provided at the request of partner ministry’s senior leader.

4. FBCM Youth will have required reading assignments.

5. FBCM Youth will be required to respond with the results to the implemented plan of action that is directed through council and/or seminars.

Volunteer Pack: This resources is for Leaders that are trying to build a good "GOD" staff. This pack includes:  Leadership Application, Job Description form, annual review form, orientation steps, interview questions, training and expectations sheet, and more...

Membership Class curriculum: This is pack is a 5 week course for students to learn about your ministry and how the 5 biblical purposes of the church work together in your youth ministry. Its purpose is to teach new members of the youth ministry about your youth ministry. Adopted from the Purpose Driven Youth Ministry (PDYM) model, written by Pastor Al. Includes, facilitators guide and worksheets for all 5 weeks.

PDYM Leadership Class Curriculum: This is a 5 week course for potential leaders of your student ministry. As volunteer aplicants and students go through the orentation process apart of their development should be a training as to how and what your ministry does. This curriculum is centered around Emerge Student Oasis, but is editable to add or remove information to be taylored to your specific needs, and should be used as a guidline or foundation. Included, facilitators guide and worksheets for all 5 weeks.

Message Prep Map: This is a good guidline to help student ministries prepare a message with students in mind. Remember that students have 15 min attentions spans so change of pace is important. They do not want to be talked to they want to have a conversation with you without talking. They need to walk away with an action to take or you have just wasted your time.

This series teaches on the effects of Porn and how to overcome and tackle this hudge epidemic chasing students from as young as 7 years old. This series includes: Power Points, worksheets, illustrations, outlines, and promotional items.
